[00:01:05] Hey, this doesn't count as your Christmas episode by the way. Hey, welcome to SharkCast, a podcast dedicated to the greatest sporting club in the history of the world. And we're here in the greatest league club in the world, Dave Riccio, getting our first look at what's going on here. We're open to the public tomorrow, Saturday. Hopefully this episode's out by then. How are you? Welcome to our world, our new world. Well, yeah. Impressive. Very impressive. Seven years in the making, Sammy. Very cool.

[00:01:33] We're out on the summertime bar deck at the moment. And it's beautiful views over the Botany Bay all the way to the city. We have got interviews later on, Dave, with the views. Oh, okay. Right, right. So I was just about to say, I'd be charging, I don't know, 200 bucks for New Year's Eve, wouldn't you? 250? Oh, New Year's Eve! Look at that skyline. Yeah. Oh my God. Anyway, that's all what is to come for the Sharks. You're always thinking, Dave.

[00:02:00] You're always thinking, how's the rugby world? Hogs and cash. How's the rugby world? You can't say that word. I can. I'm a wog. So am I. How's the Rugby League World Cup going? You just got us cancelled, by the way. Terrific. Absolutely terrific. I think it's, well, it is. It's been the best World Cup on record, as far as TV ratings, as far as crowds are concerned. And I would say the large majority of matches have been wonderful contests.

[00:02:28] Yes, there's been blowouts, but you get that at all World Cup tournaments. And, you know, rugby league is still in some nations a developing sport. And some nations just don't have the funding. Well, clearly they don't have the funding as much as what the NRL does for Australian and New Zealand teams. So, no, it's been terrific. Newcastle, if this is coming out on Saturday, I'm going to Newcastle today for New Zealand v Tonga. It should be a cracker.

[00:02:57] And then back to Allianne Stadium on Sunday for Kangaroo Samoa. How has the seven experience been? I know you've been there all year in the studio, but how's the live experience been? Outstanding. They're a terrific broadcast network to deal with. And they do major events, Sam. Like, they've done Olympics. They've done Aussie Opens and Melbourne Cups. So they know... AFL. They know how to do... They know how to cover sport. And I think they've done a wonderful job.

[00:03:27] I love the unearthing of new talent. Trent Robinson's been terrific. Ryan Papanau's sensational. Roger, two of us. A check. And, of course, the guns, Vossi and Kiri have been terrific too. Yep. All right. We have November 1. It's gone. Come and gone. As we thought, not too many signings yet, but everyone's available now. Who's available? Yep. Sharks are in the hunt for a few people. Do you think we'll have a...

[00:03:56] Do you think we'll have a major signing as in, like, top tier elite? Or do you think we're looking more... I haven't... Working class, middle class. I still think it's early days. I've got to admit, I honestly don't want to go hard with a name or not. No. Because it is early days. And I say that because if you're asking about the elite players, they're all in the World Cup. Yeah. The ones off contract. Yeah. Sammy.

[00:04:20] So, it makes it difficult for the Sharks to make a play because those players don't want any discussions had. Yeah. Until... Give me another two weeks. If we hook up, I reckon I'll be a little bit clearer on where the Sharks sit. You know, there's been connections to Bostock, Jack Bostock, and I think that makes sense. I'd be surprised if they don't make an inquiry there. Outside of that, I know that it was the Liam Martin connection... Yep. ...early, which I reported.

[00:04:48] I know that there was a signalling to Liam Martin's management, Hey, we've got our two back rowers going to market. Yeah. Just keep us in the loop what Liam Martin's doing. I would argue, or I'm happy to say, I reckon that's cooling. I reckon that's easing off as far as Sharks with Liam Martin. I'm not saying it's... The camera talks out there this week. I'm not saying it's dead in the water. No. But I would say it's cooling. So, yeah. And there's still a bit to play out.

[00:05:17] And, you know, where Cronulla target depends on what they do with the players that they've got off contract. Yeah. Like T. Wilton, like Britton Nickerar, Will Kennedy. So, how does that work for the Simpletons out there like myself? We've offered, say, player A a contract. And they've gone, oh, we're going to go to market. We've gone, okay, cool. Yeah. They go to market. Either something comes or it doesn't. Yep. Do we just hold our ground and go, hey, we've still got a contract? It depends. Depends on the player. Depends on... A lot of...

[00:05:44] There becomes a time where clubs put a deadline. Yep. On the player. Roosters are a great example with Sam Walker. Brutal. They've felt... They'd been in negotiations with Sam since July and felt that he'd had enough time to come up with a decision. I can't tell you at what point offers have gone to Teague and Britt. And whether they've had enough time, I just don't know. I honestly just don't know. Yeah. I certainly haven't heard of a deadline on their heads.

[00:06:14] Is there a chance that a player goes to market, doesn't get what they want, comes back to Cronulla and Cronulla goes, eh, I'm not suggesting any player. I just mean in general. So what's your example again? Sorry. Well, the player goes to market thinking the Sharks are still there. They verbally said, we'll give you whatever. Yep. The Sharks can obviously... Well, it depends on the time, Sam. If they've taken ages to come back to them, the Sharks may have already moved on. Yeah. But they're a pretty... They're a patient club. Yep.

[00:06:42] If Fitzy wants the player to stay and the player eventually comes back and still wants to be part of the club, I'm pretty sure Fitzy's going to take them. Yeah. All right. Hey, thanks for your time. I know you're a busy lad. And we'll see you on the Channel 7 coverage. I'll see everyone down here at the League's Club for a summer lager. Yeah. Make sure you shout Riccio a lager. Yeah, that'd be good. He's got an expensive Michael J Fox car to pay off. And don't forget you'll be... Love your work, Sam. You'll be on the Christmas episode, don't forget. Okay, yeah. We've locked that in. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas.

[00:07:12] We're doing a Christmas... This isn't the Christmas episode. People want the Riccio Christmas episode and they're going to get it. Yeah, I know. I apologize. I've been a little bit short for time today. No, you're good. We'll give you... This is all I need. We'll do a little bit longer next time. All right. All right. Blake Braley, welcome to SharkCast. One of our favorites, you know that. Thank you. Hey, how's the rep stuff going? All the rep. You're playing rep footy. I saw your parents on national TV. Yeah, they were on there. Yeah. Glenn looked as happy as ever. Yep, he was. It was a cool moment to obviously make my debut for the Kangaroos. Yeah. To share that with my parents, it was...

[00:07:41] Yeah, even better than I know. Obviously, you saw him on TV. They were pretty nervous about that interview, but... They were awesome. Yeah, I thought they did great, but yeah, to share that moment with them was great. And yeah, they deserved that jersey just as much as I do. So, I owe a lot to them. You played well? Are you happy with your performance? Yeah, I thought it was good. I obviously would love to showcase my skills again if I do get the opportunity, but yeah, it was funny. The game went really quickly and almost felt like I blinked and it was over.

[00:08:11] So, yeah. Tough game. Yeah, it was. Yeah, yeah. Fiji were physical. They'd turn up to play and yeah, I thought it was a great game. It was everything I expected from an international game and yeah, now I've got a taste of it, definitely want more. Now, there's rumours you're going around with checkbooks and pens and contracts. Yeah. Is there any truth in your... I mean... Have you spoken to anyone in the Australian squad or other squads about how great this club is? Let me ask you that.

[00:08:36] I mean, there's a lot of plays off November 1, a lot of plays looking for contracts and I'm always going to talk up the club. Awesome. The area, the fans. The new club. The new club, the jersey. The jersey. So, yeah. I mean... Okay. People are listening. They just... How did that... How did that get out? Did someone tell someone or someone assumed it or... Jack Bostock kind of threw me under the bus there but... We love Jack. Let's get him down here, Jack. Come down to Cronulla. I mean, yeah. The blue, I mean...

[00:09:06] He would look good in blue. I've been doing, yeah, some AI photos here and there and it looks good on him. So, I mean, why not? Amazing. This is the new club. What do you reckon? I think it's great. I think, obviously, this outdoor balcony area is definitely the showpiece and you can see the water, the ocean, the stadium. Yeah. The food's great. Had a little taste test just then and, yeah, I think it's great. I can picture us having a good win here at Ocean Protect Stadium, walking across the club with the fans, enjoying the win, celebrating the win.

[00:09:33] I think the only part I'm not a fan of is there's only one grand final trophy sitting there. Okay, gotcha. So, when you walk in, there'll be more than one for the years to come and... Gotcha. Yeah, that's the only one part I would love to change. Having supported this club for a long time, I'm very appreciative of the one that's there, I've got to tell you. But yeah, I want to see you lift that up for sure. Yep. It's a great club. It's not even propaganda. I was saying to Jada before, it's not even me doing a spiel. Like, it's really awesome.

[00:10:03] Like, it's kind of a little bit more higher level, top notch than the past. Yep. But there's nods to the past. There's still footy in here. Yep. But it also caters to a different fan, I guess, as well. Yep. Yeah, definitely. I think it's great that they've obviously done such great renovations and you see the Immortals Bar, the Porch Light Cafe. Yeah. You know, there's all past plays up on the wall. So it's great to see that, you know, they had a nod to the past and the people that have

[00:10:32] built, you know, the foundation of the club. Yeah. And yeah, I think it's great. But also, a lot of great parts for where we're heading as a club and the future of the squad. And obviously the exciting times to come. So yeah, I only live a couple minutes down the road and I think we'll be popping in here quite a lot. How's Bacon going? He's going good. I wish this place was dog friendly, but I'm going to make a time out at the front or something or let him run around the field while we're up here having a steak. But he's going good.

[00:11:02] Wish I could bring him to camp, but yeah, I'll see him soon. When I saw you at the survey the other week, the first thing I saw wasn't your car or your beautiful face. I saw your dog hanging out. I was like, I think I know that dog. And then I was like, oh, it's Blake. Yeah, it's great. I am obviously in the area getting coffees and going to cafes and lunches. And it's funny, people know me as Bacon's dad. So I love that. I wanted to stay that way. And he's my pride and joy. So yeah, Bacon's dad. I'll take that any day.

[00:11:29] Now, are you confident about the Australian performance on Sunday? This is Sunday coming? Yeah, I am. I think being around the squad, being around the group, obviously a tough contest against Samoa coming up. They're playing great. But I think a lot of talk around us not probably hitting our straps just yet, but I think the bigger the game, the plays around the squad, the better they perform. So yeah, I'm excited for the challenge and I'm confident we can obviously play well and get the win.

[00:11:55] Well, I think it's also the other teams have risen to the Australian level, you know? Yeah, without a doubt. I think look at Tonga, Samoa, obviously a lot of plays have chosen to represent them, which is great for the game, great for the sport and they got premiership winners, origin stars, internationals that have played for Australia and New Zealand. So they know what it takes and I think it's going to be great for the game. And I know for me as a fan, it's great to watch. So I think the game's in a great place. It is, as is this club.

[00:12:25] Just stand up a little bit so we can see the Quest over that little logo. There you go. That's the new jersey. All of our listeners are just mad about the jersey. It looks pretty good. I think it looks pretty good. Great sponsor integration. That's a big thing at the moment. It is. Everyone, as much as they loved the last sponsor, they weren't happy with the colour. We'd always hear about the red. The red. Gotta lose the red. So we've lost the red so everyone can be happy with that. And we're happy you're on the show, Blake. Good luck on Sunday should you appear. And we will see you in pre-season. Thank you.

[00:12:55] Thanks Blakey. Appreciate it. Tegan Berry, welcome to Cronulla. Such exciting news to have you here at the club. But do you want to tell me how it all came about? What you can tell me? Yeah. So obviously I've been at Dragon. Well, I had been at Dragons for the last seven years. So I feel like I just wanted a new challenge. And when Tony approached me, the head coach, when he approached me, you know, definitely considered it. And then, you know, actually came to a light. And this is definitely where I wanted to be.

[00:13:25] Amazing. And I know I spoke off the air about joking with you about it, but now we've got these two gun fullbacks. We've experienced in the NRLW. What was it about Tony Herman and his approach to you that made you make a decision? It was a very big decision for you. Yeah, I actually played for Cronulla in the Harvey Norman competition a few years back. And Tony was coaching. And I guess we always had that good relationship.

[00:13:51] And obviously he's a great coach and a really nice person. And I think that's what I really liked about him. He was a really nice human being. And we had conversations throughout the year. And it just led me more to wanting to play for this great club. Amazing. Did you grow up in this part of the world or across the bridge? I actually grew up in South West Rock, so the North Coast. Awesome.

[00:14:16] And then I made the move to Wollongong when I was about 10 to pursue at least something to do in sports. Yeah, right. I've always been a sports person. Yeah. And I'm glad that my parents made that decision for me to move. And it's given me lots of opportunities. Yeah, what an amazing journey. They must be so proud. Your family must be proud. We're in the New Leagues Club, which is why we're here to Sprook as well. What's your impressions of this place? Oh, it's actually amazing.

[00:14:43] It's the first week I've started and it's coming out a lot on Saturday. So yeah, it's awesome. And the views are amazing. The view of the city and I'll definitely bring my friends here for a few drinks. Maybe make them a cocktail. Yeah, they've got you on the promo doing the cocktails and that kind of thing. Yeah. So coming off a challenging season at the Dragons, the Sharks also had a challenging season, of course. A lot of injuries.

[00:15:10] It seems like in the NRLW, if you cop an injury or two in a team, it's really, it shakes up your season. Which is what I love about getting you here. There's more depth, more elite depth as well. Tell me about some of the other players who you're going to be playing with. Is there anyone else aside from Jada Taylor who we've mentioned that excites you to play with them? Yeah, I've actually met most of them. I've played a couple of origin games with some of them.

[00:15:33] They're all really lovely girls and that's something that I wanted to, who I wanted to play with is they just seem so connected and really lovely people. So I think the main person I'd love to play with is Tiana, Pantani the captain. Obviously, she brings great leadership and I think over the years I have struggled with looking up to a great leader. So it'd be so good to play with her. Yeah.

[00:15:58] Yeah, and I have to say like the other years prior to this one have been really star started for NRLW Sharks. Like making grand finals, almost making grand finals, really good form. And so I've interviewed the women of those teams and then I was with the team last year interviewing them through the hard times last season. And it's the same attitude, the same morals, the same sisterhood, excuse that cliche. Like you've walked into a really tight knit unit.

[00:16:24] Yeah, they seem so close and that's something I want to be a part of. And yeah, they seem like they have all got good friendships and it doesn't matter where people play, they're all just going to do what they can for the team. And I feel like team first mentality is awesome and I'm super excited to be a part of it. Awesome. Now one question we ask every player we have on Shark Cast. Tegan, you don't know about this. We want to know about music. What music do you like? Whether it's a genre, a band, an artist.

[00:16:52] There's no wrong answer, obviously. Well, I've got a lot of things I listen to. Let's go. Country, old school R&B, my top two. Okay, have you got artists? Chris Brown. Chris Brown is my favourite. I'd love to go see him live. Mm-hmm. Um... We're talking music, Nico. Oh, geez. Getting dark with Nico Hines. Let's talk country. He likes country. Let's talk country. Morgan Wallen. Yeah. Luke Combs.

[00:17:22] Ella Langley, they're the three. Okay. Awesome. I absolutely love, yeah. I'm not sure what it's like at the other clubs you've been at, but at this club, as soon as you get a microphone, other people walk around and yell at you during the interview. So we just need to get used to that. And that's fine. He's Nico Hines. He can do what he wants. Tegan, thank you for your time. Really appreciate it. We'll catch up with you during the season and wish you all the best. And thanks for coming to the club and hope you have a great time. Thank you. Appreciate it. Thanks, guys. Jada Taylor. We haven't done this for a few months. It's been a while. How are you? I'm good.

[00:17:51] How are you, Snuddy? I'm good in this beautiful facility, Cronel Sharks Leaves Club. We're back. We're so back. We're so back. How good. What a beautiful place to be. It's amazing. It's not even propaganda at this point. It is pure facts. The view behind us. Pizza, cocktails. Amazing view of Ocean Protect Stadium. You've been making cocktails. Is that something you do in your other world, in your life at home? No. Look, not something that I usually do. I'm pretty simple. But I've been in there getting into the seafood platter. So that's something I do know how to do is eat.

[00:18:21] So yeah, no, I love the new place. And when they're going to give me a free seafood platter, I'm going to eat it. Yeah, of course. How has the off-season been for you so far? Yeah, it's been really good. I feel like it hasn't been too much of an off-season just yet with a lot of the girls playing in the Rugby League World Cup and things like that. So I'm still very much footy heavy and footy focused at the moment and can't wait to sort of get away from Rugby League a little bit. I'm a bit of a nerd of the game. I love watching it, but I'm a little bit over it at the moment.

[00:18:48] Now you're trending socially because of your amazing insight in the commentary box. I'm loving all that with ABC. Yeah, it's been really good. It's been really different and I guess something that's a little bit out of my comfort zone, which they laughed at when I said because they said they would hate to see me in my comfort zone. But no, it's true. That's really true. It's been lots of fun and I'm really enjoying it. And like I said, I love talking about football and being around football. So it's been a pleasure.

[00:19:14] My favorite thing is when you get all NFL Tony Romo on us and you call the play before it happens. What can I say? That's a talent. That's a skill. You're very good at the Rugby League. What can we expect? I know we're a little bit away from it, but we're always thinking about it. What can we expect from the 27 season for NRL Dub Sharks? A lot better than this year. Yeah. It burned you a bit, eh? Yeah. I think I'm someone who takes it pretty personal when we lose and takes it pretty hard.

[00:19:41] I feel like I'm still learning how to lose as well. And, um, yeah, no, it's something that we did a lot and didn't get to sing the team song as much as I would have liked or do the jersey as proud as we should have done it. So, um, yeah, there'll be a lot of pride put back in the jersey and we're looking to win a lot more games. We debuted a lot of girls. We had girls out with pregnancies and injuries and all those sorts of things, which is not an excuse that happens in Rugby League and in the men's space, the women's space. It doesn't matter.

[00:20:07] It's all part and parcel of the game, but I'm really, really excited to just get back into playing footy again and to make this, I guess, all Sharks fans proud, but especially the Shire proud of, of who their team is and what performances they dish up. Now it's official. We can talk about it. Tegan Berry is a shark. Uh, tell us about Tegan and what you think she'll bring to the side. Oh, well, I mean, she's the second highest try scorer, I believe in, in NRLW history. And, um, that obviously speaks for itself.

[00:20:35] I think, you know, for a long time now, um, and since she was really young, she's been scoring tries on, on the NRLW stage and, um, to bring a genuine try scorer to a team who didn't score too many tries last year is going to be, um, really, really good. I'm excited for the competition we're going to have. I'm excited for, um, but also to just be on the same team is going to be really, really nice. And, um, she's also a part of our community team. So we'll be spending a lot of time together and, uh, working together in, in hers is the disability space.

[00:21:02] So I can't wait to help her out as well and, um, form a good connection on and off the field. Yeah. Like it is a cliche, but that will help so much. Like I know you know her a little bit and you play with her a little bit, but if you're working, so to speak, nine to five, then you hit the, the field on the weekend, that's going to be awesome. And, you know, she's the second best fullback in the NRLW. So it's, it's awesome to have her. Yeah. Yeah. She's incredible. Um, yeah, super exciting to have her and she really wants to be a shark.

[00:21:30] And I think that's the number one thing that Tony talks about when you come to this club, if you want to be here, um, you know, want to sit in that room and you want to pull that jersey on, then, uh, you've got to be a hundred. You've got to be all in. Um, and, and I think she is, and, um, it'll be a privilege to play alongside her. Like you said, Derby's going to be good. Of course. Can't wait. Always is. Always is. But I reckon there'll be a, a 1% more spice to this one for me from both sides. Should be good. Yeah.

[00:21:59] It'd be, um, you know, we spoke about Emma Varen, who, who's going back to the dragons and, um, obviously that hurts a lot as, as one of her best mates. Um, you know, we also worked together for so long, so, um, definitely still have a soft spot for her, but, um, it'll be good to go up against her because I know what a competitor she is and, um, taking the field against one of your best mates is, uh, so good. And it's even better when I'll sing the song and I'll video it and send it to her after. Amazing. Hey, thanks for your time.

[00:22:27] I know you're busy, busy person doing everything you do for this great club. Now this great leagues club. I mean, it's all happening. It's all happening. How great is it to be a shark? It's great to be a shark. Thanks, Jada. One of my favorite sharks. We'll talk to you soon. Appreciate it. Thanks. Thank you. Michael Gabriel, sharks upcoming legend. One game for the sharks. We'll get to that. Uh, welcome to shark cast your first time. I appreciate having you on. How are you? I'm good. Thank you. Thank you for having me. How has the, um, the representative season been for you playing for Lebanon?

[00:22:57] Uh, Lebanon was amazing. Um, it's good to connect back with your culture and, um, being a camp of, um, people who are just like you. And, um, that's very good. How's the family been? Are they proud? Are they coming to the games? Are they celebrating? I'm assuming it's a rich Lebanese history. Family's very proud. It's more than footy. It's to see the Lebanese people out there. Give some hope. It's such a hard time right now. And yeah, it's great. Awesome. Uh, what's it been like playing with your Lebanese brothers, Lebanese Australian brothers?

[00:23:26] Great to play with them. Everyone's the same. Um, Alex Fowl, Jake Kraaz, Sabi, all the other boys. I learned so much off them. And, um, yeah. Awesome. Playing in front of some big crowds too? Yeah. It was probably the best game. I've heard it was probably the best game to be at was the Tonga game. Yep. Oh my God. When I was on the field, you could feel the Tongans and the Lebanese fans. And, um, as a, yeah. It has to be said, the Lebanese fans are pretty loud and proud. It's not just that Tonga and Samoa.

[00:23:56] It was very good. I heard that, um, the Lebanese music will come on or the Tongans will start dancing. And then when the Tongan music came on or the Levo start dancing, they didn't care who was playing. They just want to be there for the culture and atmosphere. It's been an awesome World Cup. I think the story is really being told now. It's more about football. It's not just about Australia, New Zealand. Um, you know, it seems like England couldn't make it through to the quarters. So, um, congrats on all that. Remind me about your history, Canterbury and Parramatta. Which order was it in? I was a Parramatta junior.

[00:24:26] I paid up to Haramatta. Yep. And then I got a contract from there to go Bulldogs for three years. And then I played one year there, SJ Bull to Fleg. Mm-hmm. And the, the next preseason I went there and, um, got opportunity to come to Sharks. And then that's the season I made. Uh, what's it been like under the Fitzgibbon coaching system? Fitz is a great coach. He's taught me so much. Everything I know is Fitz is very good. Um, teaches me where to be in the game. Off-ball efforts.

[00:24:57] Stuff that you don't think about footy. Yeah. It makes you think about it. Do you have a preference for left or right? Nah, it was great to play right on the World Cup. I could always play right, but now that I've actually played right center there, I'm more confident. Okay. Yeah. And tell me about your relationship with KL, our other premier center at the moment. What's he like? KL, he just, his aggression, his defense, everything. I just can't wait to go back into preseason with him and keep learning off him. Two pretty cool characters.

[00:25:25] Mickey G, KL, our starting, hopefully our starting centers next year. Um, so the future's in good hands there. Let's talk about your debut. It was memorable. Uh, I'm just going to say you had a great game cause you did. Obviously very physical, uh, run us through what was going through your mind after the tackle. Did you know you were gone or? Obviously I didn't want that to happen to the guy. Yeah. Obviously. But, um, I was just thinking about my family the whole time.

[00:25:51] Thinking they came out here that all this week for me and then played five minutes NRL. That's what I was thinking in my head, like I think worst case scenario. Yeah. And then when I got sent in the bin, it was kind of like that relief, but like, like, buddy, hell, like I'm in the sim bin right now on my debut. It was a bit crazy. But then Blake Braley and, um, T. Gilton came down and like comforted me. Yeah. Like just tell me it's alright, relax. And then when I went back outside, it was pretty good. Like watching the replay at the game.

[00:26:19] Like we're all in shock going, Oh, he's off. He's, he just got on as his debut. But watching the replay, it was obviously an accident. Yeah. Like I said, it was an accident. I didn't mean to. Yeah. Yeah. But yeah. You are a physical player though. Yeah. I like to be, that's my games. I like to go to the fight and just, yeah. Yeah. Uh, tell us about the rest of the experience of that game. Like it must've been, didn't get the win, but a lot of great young players. Pollard making his debut as well. It's a pleasure. It was an honor to, um, debut with them, especially, um, Pollard.

[00:26:49] Me and Pollard, um, went through the ranks together. Estrebo, Lenni, Karp, and NRL together. So it's pretty cool to look back at Alfa. All right. We're in the new leagues club. Um, it's a beautiful place. You're being requested elsewhere. I think you've got to go make a pizza or a cocktail or something. Martini. All right. Uh, thanks for your time. We're going to talk to you again and we appreciate your time, my friend. Thank you. SharkCast is supported by the best and most honest real estate agent in the Sutherland
