[00:01:06] There's a whole bunch of great news to get into

[00:01:09] But Dan why don't you start off by telling us your thoughts on the NRL

[00:01:14] Did it exceed expectations?

[00:01:16] Did you think that's what would happen? Tell me things

[00:01:18] Absolutely exceeded expectations

[00:01:20] I went in today thinking good performance is paramount

[00:01:23] A win would be great didn't really matter

[00:01:25] But you kind of want to go into finals having won one of the last three games

[00:01:30] So in that I suppose I'm contradicting myself

[00:01:32] I wanted a win I wanted look there's no turbo

[00:01:35] No Manly is your general feeling even at Brookvale

[00:01:38] And if you go into the finals to play Melbourne after losing to Manly without turbo

[00:01:42] It don't feel too good but mate if you'd offered me 40 points to 20

[00:01:47] I would have taken it in a heartbeat

[00:01:48] I'm super excited about how they played today

[00:01:51] The manner of the win was just as good as the win itself

[00:01:55] I love the fact that they went to Manly, sold out stadium

[00:02:01] They had everything to play for

[00:02:03] We really didn't have that much to play for

[00:02:06] And we absolutely dominated them for most of the game

[00:02:13] And forward pack did really well

[00:02:16] I thought the halves clicked a lot better

[00:02:17] I thought if I had to hear one more time how much pressure Nico Heinz was under

[00:03:42] Pretty much everything you could

[00:03:44] If you'd said give me a performance

[00:03:46] A perfect performance this is it

[00:03:48] We outscored a team who were known for scoring a lot of points

[00:03:52] All our boys Sam Stonestreet dropped back

[00:03:54] He could have got the boo-boo face

[00:03:56] He could have got the lip

[00:03:57] But he went down and was one of the best on ground

[00:03:59] Chris Vaila after missing first grade

[00:04:01] Just in the past two weeks went and was argued with the best centre

[00:04:07] His game has improved out of sight

[00:09:09] I thought for the majority of the game

[00:09:21] I felt we were in charge of the game

[00:09:25] And all I said during the week

[00:11:55] I think he had a slower start to the year

[00:11:58] And then he had the injury

[00:11:59] But I think since he's come back and started again

[00:12:01] I think he's been really strong

[00:12:03] He gives us a different dimension to what Britton offers

[00:12:07] Because T. G. will run crash balls and crash lines

[00:12:10] And bust through whereas Britt's a bit more finesse

[00:12:13] And we'll run that line that we talk about so often

[00:12:17] His defence as well is as strong as Britt's

[00:12:20] They've both been walls defensively

[00:12:22] And they've been commanding their edges

[00:12:24] Which I think is why we've seen

[00:12:25] I think with the second best defensive team

[00:12:28] To finish the regular season

[00:12:29] They're a massive part of that

[00:12:31] We've seen the development that T. G. struggled with

[00:12:33] A few years ago with that left edge

[00:12:35] With Moiser and the like

[00:12:37] I think he's really impressive today

[00:12:41] He's been quite creative

[00:12:43] We don't know him as that kind of guy

[00:12:44] But he's been a nice outlet for us

[00:12:47] And he's starting to get a bit more ball playing

[00:12:48] In his game and playing with his head up

[00:12:51] A little bit more which I really like

[00:12:56] Those two guys are hitting form

[00:12:57] At the perfect time of the season

[00:12:58] Because they've both had little dips

[00:12:59] And now they've come out of that

[00:13:01] And they're raring to go for a big finals campaign
